About the Role You’ll work with a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, providing functional behaviour assessments and developing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support Plans. The role offers a blend of work-from-home flexibility and community-based visits, with travel reimbursed. You’ll collaborate with families, support teams, and other allied health professionals to support participants in achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Developing evidence-based, person-led PBSPs
  • Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices
  • Meeting NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards
  • Attending supervision, team days, and CPD events
What You’ll Need
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Speech Pathology, or related field
  • Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core/Proficient/Advanced)
  • At least 2 years’ experience delivering PBS under the NDIS
  • Strong knowledge of restrictive practices and evidence-based behaviour support
  • Based in QLD – ideally in or near Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, or Logan
