Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop tailored PBSPs
  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and review of behaviour strategies
  • Deliver training and guidance to support workers and informal carers
  • Write high-quality reports and case notes to support NDIS plan reviews
  • Work in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
  • Promote participant choice, control, and capacity-building
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical practice
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
  • NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the NDIS
