Key Responsibilities - Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop tailored PBSPs
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and review of behaviour strategies
- Deliver training and guidance to support workers and informal carers
- Write high-quality reports and case notes to support NDIS plan reviews
- Work in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
- Promote participant choice, control, and capacity-building
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical practice
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

Essential Criteria - Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the NDIS
