About The Role 
As the PBS Practitioner within the Multidisciplinary team based NOR, you will utilise your specialist skills & knowledge to manage complex clients and work with allied health practitioners, support workers & family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients & families. 

You will do this through the provision of high quality functional behaviour assessments, evidence-based interventions, behavioural counselling, writing & implementing PBS plans and more.

Key Selection Criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) or relevant clinical experience. 
  • Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI or AASW). 
  • Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (any level). 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS. 
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans.
