Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, holistic, and client-centred interventions
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments
  • Identify and address the use of restrictive practices
  • Create interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs
  • Deliver and evaluate support strategies aligned with NDIS guidelines, Child Safety, and Disability Services Standards
  • Apply a variety of assessment tools and methodologies
  • Support clients and stakeholders in creating and reviewing personalised support plans
  • Advocate for the rights, independence, and quality of life of clients and their families
Selection Criteria
  • Strong passion for working with individuals with disabilities
  • Recognised by the NDIS Commission under the PBS Capability Framework
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related discipline
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
