Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based, holistic, and client-centred interventions
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments
- Identify and address the use of restrictive practices
- Create interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs
- Deliver and evaluate support strategies aligned with NDIS guidelines, Child Safety, and Disability Services Standards
- Apply a variety of assessment tools and methodologies
- Support clients and stakeholders in creating and reviewing personalised support plans
- Advocate for the rights, independence, and quality of life of clients and their families
Selection Criteria - Strong passion for working with individuals with disabilities
- Recognised by the NDIS Commission under the PBS Capability Framework
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related discipline
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
