About the organisation They are a local provider to Adelaide who have been operating for a number of years delivering person-centred care across PBS, SIL, Complex Care, Community Supports & more. Their mission is to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives and they are looking for a dedicated & passionate PBS Practitioner to join them on their journey.

Key responsibilities - Deliver high-quality PBS services, including Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), interim plans, and comprehensive behaviour support plans.
- Implement strategies that promote choice, control, and dignity of risk for participants.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to ensure practical implementation of plans.
- Provide training and coaching to support workers, SIL staff, and families to embed consistent practice.
Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Disability and Developmental Education or equivalent
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, AASW, DEAI, SPA etc.)
- Registered PBS practitioner with NDIS (any level)
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
