About the Organisation
My client is a Sydney-based, NDIS-registered provider offering allied health and behavioural support services. They focus on personalised, evidence-based care, helping participants achieve their goals through Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Behaviour Support, and Support Coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based support plans.
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff, students, and families on behaviour management strategies.
  • Support participants’ inclusion and participation in community life.
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing supervision.

About you 

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practice regulations.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred and least restrictive practices.
