Key Responsibilities - Deliver timely and effective Behaviour Support services
- Complete behavioural and risk assessments, including data analysis
- Develop and monitor Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with clients, families and teams to improve quality of life
Key Selection Criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or relevant work experience
- Registered PBS practitioner with NDIS (any level)
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to travel to the Sydney head office once a fortnight for team meetings & CPD
