  • WFH/remote based role in Illawarra working across 4 SIL homes & in the community - varied caseload 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective Behaviour Support services
  • Complete behavioural and risk assessments, including data analysis
  • Develop and monitor Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with clients, families and teams to improve quality of life
Key Selection Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or relevant work experience 
  • Registered PBS practitioner with NDIS (any level) 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to travel to the Sydney head office once a fortnight for team meetings & CPD
