About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient Level or Above), you will work closely with NDIS participants to develop and implement evidence-based positive behaviour support plans. You will focus on improving quality of life, reducing restrictive practices, and achieving meaningful client goals.
You will be part of a highly regarded, supportive team that thrives on collaboration, professional development, and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Monitor, review, and update plans in line with client progress
  • Ensure plans are person-centred, strengths-based, and promote quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework

Key Selection Criteria
  • Assessed by the NDIS as Proficient or above as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Eligibility for Medicare registration (desirable)
  • Strong passion for improving the lives of people with disability and complex support needs
