Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. Due to strong organisational growth, they are now looking for a BCBA to join their team and provide a range of clinical duties and also play a pivotal role in the development of their new sleep clinic.

Key responsibilities 
  • Your role will involve a mix of assessments, report writing and consultations. 
  • Utilising your skills, knowledge & experience to help design & develop the organisations new sleep clinic for clients & families. 
  • To conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans. 
  • To design and implement skill acquisition programs utilising the principles of applied behaviour analysis. 
  • Supporting & leading other practitioners within the team. 
Key selection criteria 
  • Enrolled or completed post graduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related. 
  • A current certificate as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst or working towards this certification.
  • Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA or educational programs for a range of clients. 
  • Ability to conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a BCBA/behaviour Analyst.
