As a result of organisational growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to join their multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role as the Allied Health Service Lead, you will have full autonomy to lead growth strategies and manage the performance of therapy services and the broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of therapy services - ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
- Leading a diverse team of allied health clinicians and PBS practitioners.
- Monitoring and evaluating clinical programs to enhance participant outcomes.
- Contributing to organisational strategic planning to improve clinical services and growth plans.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to clinicians for ongoing professional development.
- Maintaining and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Initially manage a small caseload of your own.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathologiy
- AHPRA registration – no limitations / SPA certified
- Experience working with complex clients in various settings
- Experience managing and supporting allied health clinicians
- Experience managing service quality and delivery
- Experience contributing to service development
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of the NDIS Framework
- Current drivers license, NDIS Check & National Police Clearance
