As a result of organisational growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to join their multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role as the Allied Health Service Lead, you will have full autonomy to lead growth strategies and manage the performance of therapy services and the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct oversight of therapy services - ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Leading a diverse team of allied health clinicians and PBS practitioners.
  • Monitoring and evaluating clinical programs to enhance participant outcomes.
  • Contributing to organisational strategic planning to improve clinical services and growth plans.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to clinicians for ongoing professional development.
  • Maintaining and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Initially manage a small caseload of your own.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathologiy
  • AHPRA registration – no limitations / SPA certified 
  • Experience working with complex clients in various settings
  • Experience managing and supporting allied health clinicians
  • Experience managing service quality and delivery
  • Experience contributing to service development
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the NDIS Framework
  • Current drivers license, NDIS Check & National Police Clearance
