About the role 
As the Allied Health Clinic Manager you will have a background in allied health and understand the importance of fostering a supportive workplace. You will be working closely with the Clinic Director to support and guide all the team who is made up of OT, EP Psychologists & Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver exceptional service to all clients. Ensuring the daily operations are met, foster a positive work environment provide assistance with recruitment, review and update policies to comply with the NDIS standards, oversee clinical and operational governance & much more. 

Key Selection Criteria 
  • 5+ years of clinical, leadership, or management experience
  • NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Working with Children Clearance
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
  • University qualifications in Allied Health (such as Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or other relevant disciplines) preferred but not essential
  • Professional registration/accreditation with a relevant governing body
