Owned & operated by a team of clinicians, the organisation is a very family friendly & supportive therapy service provider delivering high quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages. Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum.
Key responsibilities - Work closely alongside the leadership team & support various organisation administrative functions and tasks.
- Prioritise requests from the Director & COO and ensure that correspondence are dealt with professionally and promptly.
- Manage client referrals.
- Onboard new clients to CRM/database.
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing client database & admin system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Actively participate as a member of a team to help ensure that the team achieves its objectives.
Key selection criteria - Previous medical admin/general admin experience within the NDIS/disability sector - essential.
- An understanding & knowledge of NDIS.
- Good organisational & time management skills.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills.
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience.
- Good computer skills for data entry and the production of reports and schedules if & when required.
