About the company: Our client is a rapidly growing client side consultancy firm, they manage a diverse range of projects including residential apartment towers, commercial office buildings and education buildings. They are a well known and respected company.

About the role: Our client is seeking a highly professional and experienced individual who can work collaboratively part of a team.

Duties:

Ensuring that everyone (client & internal teams) is aligned on the project vision, objectives and deliverables
Communicating with the client and driving client satisfaction
Briefing the team, ensuring the team is clear on their roles and expectations
Making sure the schedule is on track, driving progress and output to delivery dates
Facilitating the resolution of risks and issues
Organizing client review sessions ensuring information is being shared and both sides of the team are in harmony
Communicating regularly with a wide range of audiences such as internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

2 and 7 years experience in the construction industry, either with a project management consultancy, contractor or design / engineering consultancy.
Proficiency in maintaining key client relationships
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities
