Key Responsibilities 
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services & assessments to support goals & needs - generalist or age range specific caseload on offer 
  • Work with clients in a diverse range of settings - within the clinic, via telehealth and their preferred environment 
  • Assessing clients needs and implementing therapy strategies to achieve client goals and independence 
  • Carry out minor home modifications, adaptive equipment and technology recommendations 
  • Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered approach to services 
  • Mentor and support junior therapists in areas of your experience for senior therapists
  • Partake in regular team educational workshops 
Key Selection Criteria 
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
  • AHPRA registration - no limitations 
  • Working with Children Check 
  • National Police Clearance 
  • Current and clean drivers license 
  • Experience working within the community & with complex adult clients
  • Or experience working with early intervention & paediatric clients 
  • Willingness to learn within a team environment 
  • Ability work within a team and autonomously
